I graduated from Conway High School in 1993. I attended University of Central Arkansas and graduated with my BSE in Early Childhood Education in 1997.
I began teaching in the Nashville School District in 1998. I taught first grade for seven years before moving to Kindergarten. This begins my tenth year in Kindergarten and my 17th year total with the Nashville School District.
I married Eley Talley in 1997 and moved to Nashville from my hometown of Conway. We have five children. Grace is 15 and in the 10th grade, Garrett is 13 and in the 8th grade, Wyatt is 10 and in 5th, and Keith and Kendal are 3 year old twin boys. We raise chickens and goats and enjoy spending time together outside.
I enjoy being outside more than anything. I love to take pictures of flowers and birds and other wildlife. I also love to read a variety of kinds of books. I sing in a band at my church and enjoy going places with them and singing.
